The main goal of DTR Punch Clock Software is to eliminate a waste of time when it comes to keeping track of your employees' hours. Calculating the hours will be automated and reports are generated immediatley.

Payroll Reports  -  employees timesheet reports.

Payroll Report Preview -  Payroll Report Preview, this is a sample of print preview. The settings is detailed. Detailed report is for 1 employee only. The system can only generate one detailed report at a time. Whereas Summary report will allow you to select several employees to generate a report.

Employee Table -  Employee Table, scroll on employees database. For viewing purposes only.

Employee Form - Employee Form, in this window the admin is allowed to add/edit/delete an employee's record, view their status, rate and job information.

Employee Timesheet - Employee Timesheet set the start and end date.

Add Employee Timesheet -  Add Employee Timesheet, the admin can add/edit/delete an employee's timesheet record.

Preferences - Preferences, this is where the admin sets the payroll reports. Biweekly sets the pay period to 40hrs, weekly is 20hrs and daily is 8hrs. Report type is either summary or detailed.

Remote Bundy - Remote Bundy, is the client bundy clock. First, click on settings then key-in the server’s ip address. Now the client is ready, just enter the employees id, and the time record will be sent to the server. You can install as many as 10 remote bundys. Employee ID can be substituted with barcode for ease of use.
