However, DTRPunchClockSoftware.com will refund the fees paid to consumers experiencing technical difficulty in installing, or accessing the software, provided that the consumer notifies DTRPunchClockSoftware.com of the problem within 5 business days of the original transaction and DTRPunchClockSoftware.com cannot fix it promptly.
